Company Description:

The Board of Building Standards formulates and adopts rules governing the erection, construction, repair, alteration, and maintenance of all buildings or classes of buildings specified in Section 3781.06 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Board provides education and training to certified building department personnel, design professionals, and the public on code related topics.  The Board also governs the installation of equipment and materials used in these buildings.
