We invite you to locate one of our skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, or independent living facility in your community and schedule a visit. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, HMOs, private pay and supplemental or long term care insurance. If you qualify for short term rehabilitation, Medicare may cover 100% of your first 20 days in our facility.
