The PNG-Australia Transport Sector Support Program (TSSP), managed by SMEC, is an Australian aid project funded by the Australian Government. The shared long-term development goal of both governments for TSSP is a safe, reliable transport system which enables economic and social development in PNG. TSSP offers flexible responses to support the implementation of PNG government policies, strategies and plans; and it assists Papua New Guinea to deliver programmed road asset maintenance and improved safety and security standards in the aviation and maritime subsectors.
