Supervisor Position
- Two years of experience in a call center or technical support center.
- Al least one year of experience as a Supervisor or manuaging ar least 25 emplyees.
- Strong understanding of KPI´s metrics and an ability to use them to evaluate worker performance.
- Strong sense of discipline, ability to manage absenteeism and motivate workers.
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Technologically-orientes person. Ability to learn new technologies very fast.
- University deegre in Computer Engineering / Scince.
