engineering firm specializing in MEP Engineering, Special
Inspections, Life Safety and Sustainable Consulting. We
are staffed with thirty personnel consisting of licensed
professional engineers, LEED Accredited professionals,
Nicet and ICC Certified staff. Emtec is licensed in fourteen
states often ranked within the Top 100 Design Consultants
according to New York Construction News.

collaborative approach to our projects. Often we will engage
our services with the client and the entire design team as
early as possible to communicate the engineering needs of
the building as it pertains to design and inspection of the
