Ground Up Engineering Services is an accredited Special Inspection Agency looking to expand into a full materials testing laboratory in the NY, NJ, and PA area.  Our group is looking for an individual to assist in obtaining AASHTO certification for the materials lab and to act as primary Lab Director.  It is anticipated the initial lab staff will consist of 1-2 lab technicians which you will be responsible to train, supervise and certify all testing procedures are followed.  The candidate must have the drive and desire to create and grow this portion of the company and willing to tackle the challenges a new laboratory will face.  We are looking for independent thinkers and problem solvers to join our young team who want to be part of something they had direct influence in creating.
