Trotter & Associates Architects, LLC was founded in 1985 by Thomas B. Trotter. The firm is a leader in the design of distinctive hospitality, educational, commercial, retail, and residential projects throughout Sevier County and East Tennessee. The fact that many clients repeatedly come back with new projects is indicative of their continued satisfaction with the excellent services they have been provided.
            As of January 1, 2018, Trotter & Associates Architects, LLC will be operating under Trotter § De Foe Architects, LLC. We have incorporated our Vice President, Jay D. De Foe, into the name of the business. Jay has been working alongside Thomas B. Trotter for over 25 years, and together have designed many of the recognizable landmarks throughout Sevier County.
