Be it a difficult to find candidate, a remote location, a specific Nationality a language skill or a particular skill set that you are looking for, I will endeavour to find that person for you. The majority of my candidates come to me via referral, networking or search.
I avoid the use of candidate databases, as with most organisations if you are using a recruiter, you generally dont want the candidates that are readily available in the marketplace, your internal recruitment team can find those for you. I search for the hard to find, the unique and for candidates that you cannot find yourself.
I have recruited for the US, UK, Middle East, Europe, Asia and Africa, for large companies such as Jacobs, Bechtel, AECOM, Arcadis, Habtoor, Al Futtaim, ISG and also for smaller organisations on projects in Locations such as Sao Tome, Maldives, Sri Lanka and Japan.
