Company Description:

This position is the chief engineering advisor for the division. It oversees the review and approval of professional contracts, plans and spec for contractual renovations for all State Agencies. The incumbent manages the department's capital and minor construction programs by establishing priorities, cost estimates and long range planning. This position coordinates the implementation of technical programs/projects with the public and private sector; and acts as a liaison with the professional community, organizations, municipalisties, county, state, intersate and federal agencies.
