SPANCO has a mature existing crane product line and a new Fall Arrest product line. The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who enjoys challenging themselves to come up with ways to increase engineering efficiency, reduce wasted steps, have a high level of mechanical aptitude and creativity, be self motivated and organized, and have some experience in component design, from class projects, internships, or past employment. Additionally the ideal candidate would live in a close proximity to Morgantown, PA (Approx.10 miles south of Reading, PA).
