RMES was established in 1997 and provides civil engineering and surveying services to architects, government agencies, developers and contractors for projects with a wide range of functions.  We have facilitated projects throughout Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Montana and North Dakota which include roadway design, utility system designs, site development and subdivisions.
Our scope of services incorporates site planning, environmental analysis, storm drainage studies, entitlement and permit coordination, and full civil designs including grading, drainage, storm detention, utilities, roads, parking facilities and other public improvements.
Our staff works individually and together as part of a dynamic team with open communication. These teams work directly with our clients on finding solutions for challenges that we encounter on our projects. We promote a high level of service to our clients and professional growth for our employees.
