Our field personnel maintain over 3,000 miles of line in the rolling hills of Western Pennsylvania.  The Cooperative office resides near the City of Parker which is located along the beautiful Allegheny River within a 2-hr drive to Pittsburgh, Erie and Cleveland. The Cooperative serves a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial accounts across its seven-county service territory.  Central is a member of the Pennsylvania Rural Electric Association, National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, and Touchstone Energy providing access to vast network of electric distribution cooperatives and resources.
