Job responsibilities- Prepare presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools;
- Assists with accounting/financial tasks as required;
- Preparation of financial statements, reports, records, invoices and other documents.
- Performing basic accounting tasks;
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (for example, electronic calendars and
- copiers);
- Storing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports;
- You are able to assure strict confidentiality of the information provided to you when
- required to;
- Overseeing calendar scheduling;
- Prepare timely expense reports;
- Performs translations (revision/coordination/full translation) as required;
- Performs all other related tasks as required.
- Ability to multi-task and learn quickly, while being adaptable to change;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting deadlines;
- Knowledge of English;
- Basic Computer & Office Equipment;
- Ability to process confidential information;
- Ability to adapt to any type of work;
- Ability to act with integrity while handling confidential information.
