We are searching for outgoing individuals to join our team as Travel agents. As a travel agent, you are responsible for booking exceptional trips for corporate and leisure clients to various destinations all around the world. This opportunity is great for anyone who absolutely loves to travel and help others book their dream vacations. Travel agents handle the entire research and booking process for clients, including but not limited to airline, hotel accommodations, car rental, cruises, and event/ticket sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with clients pre/post-travel
• Listen to clients' needs and find the best available options for them
• Make all necessary travel arrangements
• Keep your client up to date on any changes or travel requirements
• Promptly respond to your clients' inquires
• Handle issues that may arise during the booking and/or travel

Requirements

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with the support of your team
• Time management and organization skills are necessary
• Must be comfortable working with a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access
• Use email and book/ travel research
• Personal travel experiences are a plus but are not requires
