NALA Membranes is a cleantech startup company based in Research Triangle Park North Carolina. Funded by both government grants and venture, NALA is commercializing a game-changing chlorine stable reverse osmosis membrane based on new innovative polymer formulations and processes. NALA's new RO membranes will reduce the cost and complexity of desalination and reverse osmosis and expand the applications where membrane solutions can drive sustainability by reducing energy requirements of separation processes. NALA is collaborating with domestic and international industry stakeholders to optimize membrane performance for key applications and move toward commercial scale manfuacturing in order to demonstrate market validation of our new membrane technology. Our team is growing as we build up the capability and capacity of the company in RTP.
