The company aims to be a trusted and transparent partner across all project stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the Commercial Manager to prepare project budgets and assist in the identification of commercial risks and work with the project team to mitigate them.Monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring they align with the approved budget.Review and approve supplier invoices,rental claims, and other project-related financial documents.Ensure compliance with company policies, project insurance, and legal requirements.Key Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or BTech in Mechanical Engineering  Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.Experience: 5-8 years of experience in commercial or contract management roles within the MEP or construction industry.Key Skills:   Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in commercial management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Excel). Strong knowledge of contract laws, terms, and conditions relevant to construction.
