Our work is typically at power plants in the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern USA, as well as occasional assignments in Canada or South America. Key responsibilities of the role include:Technical direction and management of gas turbine maintenance outages (Combustion, Hot Gas Path, Major Inspection, Generator, etc)Documentation of outage findings, with prompt and professional reportsProvide Repair/Replace recommendationsOutage planning, parts identification, scope development, schedule inputTechnical Support and ConsultationTroubleshooting of Turbine and Auxiliary systemsOutage Client Representation and vendor oversight Required experience and attributes: 5+ years experience as Turbine Field Engineer / TFA (Technical Field Advisor) / TD (Technical Director) / Utility Turbine Maintenance EngineerExperience with GE, Siemens, and other OEM turbines and generatorsReliable, High Energy self-starterCommitted to safety and qualityMUST HAVE LEGAL AURTHORIZATION TO WORK IN USA Desired Additional skills: Fluent in Spanish (Especially for South American assignments)Good professional network (both technical, and clients)Other specialty skills – Vibration, Controls, Generator, excitation, etc  Retirees and part-time workers are welcome.
