Our client, North Forest Office Space (NFOS), located in Commerce City, is seeking an entrepreneurial, business-minded, self-starter as their Denver General Manager. NFOS uses a full-service approach to commercial real estate development and is a leading developer of innovative and affordably priced professional, medical and dental office space suites. NFOS locates the land, designs the site, obtains the necessary municipal approvals, oversees the construction of the building, leases the office suites and manages and maintains the properties.  The Denver General Manager reports to the President and will oversee all facets of the day-to-day operations in development, construction oversight, leasing, and property management for the Denver market inventory. The ideal candidate possesses experience and expertise in strategic leadership, daily operations management, development, construction, leasing, and property management; along with the ability to read construction documents and architectural plans and renderings. An undergraduate degree in business management, construction management, engineering, or similar is required with an advanced degree preferred.
