Job Description:

Lead BRIDG’s Digital Twin for Semiconductor program that will embrace the full product life-cycle management of microelectronics/semiconductors inclusive of electronic design automation (EDA) tools through manufacturing execution. The concept of the digital twin revolves around having a real-time digital replica of a product, process or system which can be used for testing, diagnostics and analysis. Digital twins combine data with data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and simulation.

Lead BRIDG’s strategic and tactical technical roadmap for the Digital Twin for Semiconductor.

Coordinate roadmap activities based on unique market/customer requirements and abilities of key partners.

Manage relationship with key partners, including but not limited to Siemens PLM and Mentor.

Manage the Digital Twin for Semiconductor showcase at BRIDG.

Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.

Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.

Develop and manage budget and operating plan for the program.

Write proposals to secure customer funded projects and government grants.

Convey key milestones and dependencies across the BRIDG organization.

Manage change – as changes to the roadmap are proposed, lead the impact analysis, considering short and long-term trade-offs, benefits and risks, then synthesize and communicate options to BRIDG leadership to facilitate decision-making.

Manage deliverables and dependencies for the program.

Track key milestones and manage any schedule or scope risks, by building and creating solid mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery of committed deliverables.

Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

Analyzing program risks.

Coordinate with BRIDG internal staff in support of business development, marketing, and operational activity related to Digital Twin.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:  Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience. 

Preferences:  

Strong technical foundation based in microelectronics chip design, wafer fabrications or microelectronics packaging.

Familiarity with electronic design automation (EDA) tools and the concepts of product lifecycle management (PLM).

Proven experience in program management.

Proven stakeholder management skills.

Proven experience managing a team.

Understanding of project management and PMI Certification is preferred.

Ability to build strong relationships and to function in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Able to manage conflict and tradeoffs and be able to quickly assess the impact of changes and risks to drive creative solutions.

Judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential.

Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to digest information quickly and repackage for broadcasting.
