Provide technical support for bespoke Zener diode manufacturing
To prioritise and resolve critical manufacturing issues within reasonable time-frame
To ensure that all instruments are calibrated and arrange for calibration whenever necessary
To analyse data to prove certain trends per contract and provide feedback to IED
To support other new product introductions as necessary (OPS/AMPS, WSS etc)
To develop and maintain good communication lines with development engineers
To draft New Zener Surge tester qualification plan and qualify new Surge tester.
To make improvements to existing test stations, cabling, cable marking, design simple power, communication switching devices
To maintain cleanliness and lean working environment with proper tooling, to procure tooling and necessary bits
To develop and maintain technical documentations
To ensure that test systems maintenance procedures are followed with proper paperwork and logbooks up to date
To participate in analysis and debug of abnormal devices, field returns etc.
