We are looking for a Healthcare Architect to join a well-established Construction firm specializing in new healthcare construction projects and renovations in the Arlington, TX area.

This Healthcare Architect will drive projects from initial client briefing to final stages of construction.  The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of healthcare construction technologies, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to create functional, creative, and sustainable designs.  The Healthcare Architect will be managing client relationships, developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications, and construction documents, and assisting project teams. 
 

Requirements / Responsibilities for this Healthcare Architect opportunity include:

* Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution
* 5+ years of healthcare architectural experience
* Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems, and site requirements
* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite
* Research, program, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients
 

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
