We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Construction Project Manager with multi-family experience to a well-established Construction firm in Huntsville, AL.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency with computer systems such as Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Project, and Sage 100 Contractor. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the complete direction, coordination, control, and completion of construction projects, starting in preconstruction and ending with project close-out.
 

Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

* Thorough knowledge of construction procedures and materials
* Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
* Ability to coordinate and supervise group work efforts
* Ability to use independent judgment
* Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
* Flexibility and resourcefulness in resolving issues
* Ability to analyze proposals and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure contract compliance and best fit/value
* Ability to communicate complex technical project data
* Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook experience (preferred)
* Experience with Onscreen Takeoff Pro, Microsoft Project, and Sage Estimating Extended (preferred)
 

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
