Pay Rate: $90 - $120 / Hour, Subcontractors (1099) options also available
Other compensation: Overtime, Per Diem, and Sales Incentives also available

We primarily supply personnel to OEM and Utility clients to support outages or supplement their in-house workforce during turbine outage planning and execution.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Technical direction and management of gas turbine maintenance outages (Combustion, Hot Gas Path, Major Inspection, Generator, etc)
• Documentation of outage findings, with prompt and professional reports
• Provide Repair/Replace recommendations
• Outage planning, parts identification, scope development, schedule input
• Technical Support and Consultation
• Troubleshooting of Turbine and Auxiliary systems
• Outage Client Representation and vendor oversight

 
Required experience and attributes:

• 5+ years experience as Turbine Field Engineer / TFA (Technical Field Advisor) / TD (Technical Director) / Utility Turbine Maintenance Engineer
• Experience with GE, Siemens, and other OEM turbines and generators
• Reliable, High Energy self-starter
• Committed to safety and quality
• MUST HAVE LEGAL AURTHORIZATION TO WORK IN USA

 
Desired Additional skills:

• Fluent in Spanish (Especially for South American assignments)
• Good professional network (both technical, and clients)
• Other specialty skills – Vibration, Controls, Generator, excitation, etc
