Qualifications and responsibilities for this Interior Designer opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- 5+ years of experience with designing interiors for healthcare, state, municipal and/or education projects
- Revit experience is required
- Knowledge of custom millwork construction, construction materials, details, standards, and building codes
- Develop and manage interior design projects, including programming, space planning, and spatial layouts
- Create original design concepts with finish materials and presentation boards, and coordinate with various consultants (architectural, lighting, MEP, etc.)
- Produce comprehensive interior drawing sets, encompassing floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), millwork, details, and specific schedules
- Develop Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) packages, ensuring design continuity, consistency, and adherence to project schedules and budgets

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
