Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator opportunity include:

- 3+ years of multifamily and/or commercial construction estimating experience
- Proficiency in Excel and Buildertrend
- Develop and manage comprehensive cost estimates, scope of work, and risk assessments for multifamily construction projects and CapEx renovations, including bid comparison and subcontractor coordination
- Analyze required documents, blueprints and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project
- Preparing material and labor estimates for any project
- Managing bids from vendors and contractors and using data to prepare detailed a cost analysis

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
