If you have at least 1 year of construction estimating experience and value flexibility and freedom in your work, this is the role for you!

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Painting Estimator position include:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in construction estimating
- Experience with OST, Quick Bid, WinBid, and Bluebeam software
- Conduct quantity takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and overhead costs
- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and timelines
- Conduct site visits and inspections to gather necessary information for estimating
- Communicate effectively with clients to address questions and concerns regarding estimates
- Ability to spend the majority of time in the office, with site visits as needed

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
