Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Project Manager position include:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management/project management
- Proficiency with project management software (Job Nimbus, MS Project); experience with Procore is a plus but not required
- Oversee tenant improvement projects in commercial facilities
- Spend approximately 80% of the time in the office and 20% on job sites
- Utilize company vehicles for site visits
- Ensure successful project execution from planning to completion
- Collaborate with teams and clients to meet project specifications and timelines
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring profitability and efficiency

Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus discretionary annual bonus based on performance and company profitability.
