Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Estimator position include:

- 5 years’ experience in estimating; commercial HVAC preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems preferred.
- Ability to understand and read commercial mechanical plans.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Review mechanical plans and specifications to identify products to bid on.
- Perform product takeoffs from plans and specifications.
- Use software tools such as OST and Bluebeam for take-offs.
- Prepare detailed quotations and identify risks.
- Collaborate with senior estimator, sales, and engineering team.
- Participate in bid reviews and technical writing.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
