With rapid growth and a busy season ahead, we need a motivated individual ready to step into this role immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional with some civil estimating experience to join a supportive team and grow with an established firm.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator/Project Manager position include:

- 3-5 years of experience in civil estimating and project management.
- Experience with Excel; familiarity with HCSS is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates to meet bid deadlines.
- Perform site visits to assemble accurate estimates.
- Solicit and vet sub-contractor quotes for estimates.
- Schedule and lead internal estimate reviews with the management team.
- Communicate with the President/Owner about construction projects.
- Manage project budgets and oversee job schedules and subcontractors' progress.
- Projects include CIPP lining (cleaning and installing a new fiberglass lining inside existing pipes), manhole restorations, lateral lining (from the main line to individual houses), and small-scale civil work projects.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with 50% match up to 6%, and PTO.

Relocation assistance of $1,000 to $2,000 may be available for well-qualified candidates.
