Join an innovative and globally recognized solar manufacturing company at our brand-new headquarters in Houston, Texas! We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as a Tool and Die Maker. Our company, established in 2012, is owned by an international group and specializes in steel and solar manufacturing. With factories across Spain, Europe, and the Middle East, and offices in Austria, we are excited to expand our U.S. operations.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Tool and Die Maker position include:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or apprenticeship in tool and die making preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of machining techniques, tooling materials, and manufacturing processes.
- 5 years of proven experience in machining techniques, tooling materials, and manufacturing processes.
- 5 years of proven experience operating manual and CNC machine tools, including milling machines and grinders.
- Die Design: Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to design dies that meet manufacturing requirements.
- Die Construction: Fabricate dies using milling machines, lathes, grinders, and EDM machines.
- Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials based on hardness, durability, and thermal conductivity.
- Die Maintenance and Repair: Inspect and maintain dies, performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Overtime pay at 1.5x and double pay on Sundays.
