Exciting Opportunity for a Landscape Construction Superintendent in Temecula, CA! Join a leading landscape and irrigation construction company specializing in large commercial projects across San Diego and Riverside counties. We are seeking a highly experienced and bilingual Landscape Superintendent to lead our field operations. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Construction Superintendent position include:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in large commercial landscape and irrigation installation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Familiarity with California landscape and irrigation standards and practices.
- Oversee and supervise field crews, interacting primarily with foremen to ensure project success
- Coordinate equipment, plant material, and manage payroll for approximately 60 employees across 5 crews
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate effectively with Superintendents and Project Managers
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, typically managing about 6-7 projects at a time
- Utilize excellent leadership and organizational skills to thrive under pressure

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
