Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quality Systems Engineer position include:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
- 3-5 years of relevant Quality Engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5-S, Total Quality Concepts, and Six Sigma.
- Perform root cause analysis, SPC data analysis, and maintain documentation related to APQP, PFMEA, DFMEA, and control plans.
- Investigate root causes of quality problems and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct capability studies and gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R) analysis.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for products and processes.
- Inspect raw materials, components, and final products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
