Join our team as a Survey Party Chief in Mobile, Alabama! We are a leading disaster recovery firm operating across multiple states including NC, LA, FL, TX, and AL. We specialize in providing top-notch disaster recovery services nationwide. We're currently seeking a Party Chief in Mobile to lead our survey efforts on residential properties affected by hurricanes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in disaster recovery and reconstruction efforts.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Survey Party Chief position include:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in land surveying.
- Leadership skills to run 2-man crews effectively.
- Proficiency in GPS, Total Station, and AutoCAD.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Conduct Phase 1 surveys to assess property boundaries, topography, structural damage, utilities, and environmental conditions.
- Perform Phase 2 surveys including structural assessments, safety evaluations, damage documentation, repair needs assessment, cost estimation, code compliance review, and environmental considerations.
- Provide construction support throughout the rebuild process.
- Travel as needed for disaster recovery efforts, with covered per diem and regular pay during travel.

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, eligibility to enroll on the first of the month after 30 days, a 401k plan with a 4% match after 6 months of employment, PTO, and 7 paid holidays.
