We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to join our commercial/multifamily team. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include:

- Professional degree from a U.S. accredited architecture program or equivalent; licensure preferred but not required.
- 6-12 years of professional architecture experience with a focus on commercial and multifamily projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
- Manage all aspects of small to midsize projects, ensuring project standards, professionalism, and creativity.
- Produce design development drawings, redline items for junior staff, and create hand sketches for design details.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from design development to construction administration.
- Ensure projects meet quality, time, and cost expectations; manage project schedules and extended project teams.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus an annual bonus ranging from $2,500 - $10,000.
