Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Designer position include:

- 1-5 years of professional architecture experience, focusing on residential projects.
- Proficiency in Revit for commercial projects and AutoCAD for residential projects.
- A professional degree from a U.S. accredited architecture program or equivalent.
- Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to draft and review existing conditions, including measurement and documentation of buildings.
- Produce design development drawings and collaborate with project managers.
- Hand drafting and computer rendering during schematic design.
- Review construction documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus an annual bonus ranging from $2,500 - $10,000.
