Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer position include:

- Minimum of 2 years of structural design experience, preferably in residential design
- Civil/Structural Engineering degree from an accredited institution
- EIT certification required; PE license preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD LT; knowledge of Bluebeam and Revit is a plus
- Strong understanding of load paths, timber, steel, concrete, and lateral design
- Familiarity with International Residential Code (IRC) and International Building Code (IBC)
- Create structural drawings and designs for residential and small commercial structures
- Perform job site observations and inspections

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
