Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer position include:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in civil/structural engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred
- NBIS qualified Team Leader with structural design experience
- Computer literacy with flexibility to learn new software as needed
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with subs, primes, contractors, and clients
- Conduct bridge inspections and prepare inspection reports
- Perform bridge load rating and prepare rating reports
- Perform bridge design for new construction, rehabilitation, and replacement projects for highway, railroad, and pedestrian bridges
- Prepare construction cost estimates and specifications
- Coordinate with CAD designers to develop construction plans
- Prepare cost proposal and work-hour estimates

Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
