Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Manager position include:

- Associates degree or equivalent experience; Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 2 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Microsoft F&O, and Outlook
- Plan and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient plant operation
- Review daily timecards and production reports for accuracy and accountability
- Implement SOPs and work instructions for departmental tasks
- Conduct monthly safety meetings as required
- Analyze sales order releases for capacity planning and material requirements

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
