Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Manager position include:

- 5+ years of construction management experience
- Background in general contracting (must have or be ready to obtain a contractor's license)
- Manage projects from production to completion
- Oversee subcontractor crews and warehouse operations
- Main point of contact for customers during and after installations
- On-site supervision 60% of the time, with office work making up the other 40%
- Ensure installations meet contract specifications
- Conduct pre-departure truck/trailer inspections
- Maintain safety and professionalism on job sites

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a discretionary bonus.
