An innovative and dynamic aerospace company is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer position include:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming and machining
- Proficiency in NX software; experience with SolidWorks and CAMWorks is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of machine, tool, fixture, work-holding, and die design
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with the operations team
- ITAR compliance required (U.S. citizen or permanent resident)
- Program and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis mills, lathes, and Swiss lathes
- Oversee and ensure precision in machining processes and tool designs

Salary: $31.00 - $38.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
