A dynamic and rapidly growing demolition and asbestos abatement contractor is seeking an experienced Demolition Estimator/Project Manager to join our team in Richmond, VA. Established over 40 years ago, we have a strong presence in commercial and federal contracting, including projects on military bases and in schools. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Demolition Estimator/Project Manager position include:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management and estimation, preferably in commercial demolition and asbestos abatement
- Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
- Conduct in-person site visits for bidding and managing sites
- Handle all aspects of the bidding process for demolition and asbestos abatement projects
- Oversee the pre-construction schedule and manage consultant teams
- Ensure timely progression and completion of projects
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, external consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
