Evergreen Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Structural Designer/Drafter to join their team in Eugene, Oregon or Atlanta, Georgia. As a Structural Designer/Drafter, you will be responsible for drafting construction drawings and developing building permit packages.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

• Draft construction drawings for industrial buildings and non-building structures, foundations, and equipment support structures.
• Develop building permit packages including title sheets, code study drawings, and egress plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and other drafters.
• Work may include mechanical or electrical drafting.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in industrial design and drafting, 5+ years of experience for a designer position required.
• Associate degree in Drafting Technology or equivalent work experience showing proficiency in use of CAD software required.
• Working knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Experience developing construction drawings for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures.
• Experience working in wood products, chemical, pulp & paper, metals, or other industrial manufacturing is a plus.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
