A leading engineering consulting firm in the DC metro area is seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Arlington, VA! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Electrical Engineer position include:

- BS degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university (Master electrician’s license or equivalent experience considered)
- PE license is highly preferred; candidates with equivalent experience will be considered.
- 5-15+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on building design.
- Client-facing experience and the ability to lead a team and manage projects.
- Strong process-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience in large-scale office projects, hospitals, multifamily, federal, and hospitality projects.
- Oversee and produce work, ensuring quality and adherence to company standards.
- Excellent mentorship opportunities with one-on-one training.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and manage multiple projects and teams.

Salary: $90,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
