Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Construction Project Manager position include:

- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in industrial construction, with a focus on food processing and freeze-drying facilities
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Projects, and Bluebeam
- Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans and schedules
- Manage and coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including charters, schedules, and budgets
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
- Develop project proposals, RFPs, estimates, and schedules for business development efforts
- Ensure adherence to legally binding requirements and project criteria metrics
- Train, manage, and motivate the project team, resolving conflicts and technical issues

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
