Qualifications and responsibilities for this Yard Crew Member position include:

 -2+ years of experience
- Preferred certifications: OSHA 10 or 30, Scaffold Erector Certification, Fall Protection Training; advanced certifications like SAIA Certified Scaffold Safety Specialist (CSSS) and NCCER Scaffold Builder Certification are a plus
- Safely and efficiently coordinate shipping, loading, and unloading with field crews and customers
- Inspect and double-check equipment loads to ensure accuracy and safety
- Follow company and industry-specific safety procedures
- Maintain good housekeeping practices in the yard and ensure equipment is well-organized and reported if damaged
- Monitor scheduling and adjust to rush projects as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers and the Yard Foreman

Salary: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience (Union rates).
