Qualifications and responsibilities for this Field Superintendent position include:

- 5+ years of scaffolding experience with knowledge of various types of scaffolding
- Preferred certifications: OSHA 10 or 30, Scaffold Erector Certification, Fall Protection Training, SAIA Certified Scaffold Safety Specialist (CSSS), NCCER Scaffold Builder Certification
- Monitor active scaffold projects and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Identify and address noncompliance issues and perform crew audits
- Lead job kick-offs for medium to large-scale projects and maintain daily logs
- Develop and implement training modules for new and current employees
- Conduct regular meetings with foremen and assist with employee evaluations
- Assist in accident investigations and stop operations that could harm employees or equipment

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
