Qualifications and responsibilities for this Vice President of Operations for Construction position include:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field (MBA or MAC preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in roadway construction, traffic signals, interstate signing, concrete, and roadway lighting
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects with budgets of at least $10M-$15M
- Strong business acumen and project management skills
- Ability to lead and mentor teams, and work closely with HR on policies and procedures
- Office hours from 7-5, with some field meetings and occasional overnight travel
- Monitoring and controlling project costs, budgeting, and strategic planning

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus and equity.
