Qualifications and responsibilities for this Roadway Construction Project Manager position include:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field (MBA or MAC preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with roadway construction and related projects
- Familiarity with construction methods and processes
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Assisting superintendents to ensure flawless project execution
- Coordinating activities, resources, equipment, and information on assigned projects
- Creating, tracking, and logging contract work orders, purchase orders, and change orders
- Effective communication with clients, project teams, subcontractors, and owners
- Office hours from 7-5, with 10% office and 90% project site presence, and occasional overnight travel

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
