Qualifications and responsibilities for this Interior Designer position include:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field from an accredited school
- Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications
- Ability to lead day-to-day project coordination, communicate design ideas through 2D and 3D drawings, and manage communication with clients and consultants
- Participate in construction administration, review submittals, and perform value engineering to maintain design intent
- Conduct programming efforts through space planning studies and manage design processes for acquisitions and renovations
- Conduct site walks to ensure design specifications are met and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes
- NCIDQ or CID Certification preferred

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
