Qualifications and responsibilities for this CAD Manager position include:

- Prior experience leading multifamily drafters (not single-family)
- Proficiency in kitchen software such as ProKitchen or 20-20
- Intermediate Excel knowledge (pivot tables and lookup formulas)
- Knowledge of cabinets, dimensions, and construction blueprints
- Strong expertise in ADA considerations
- Review architectural plans and ensure clarity in kitchen design shop drawings
- Assist drafters in determining required cabinets and manage workflow
- Lead or collaborate with the Purchasing Team for ordering from suppliers

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus potential.
